Once your order is placed you can see the status and tracking information on the Orders page. Also you’re able to track your order on the Shipment Tracking page.

Unfortunetly, we are currently unable to modify an order once it is place.

You can return your item to us and place a new order to recive the item of your choice. Please see our returns policy and follow this process.

All orders are delivered using our worldwide e-packet shipping method. As we stock inventory in various warehouses across the globe, this is the most efficient method of delivery.

Unfortunately, Skycap is unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to overseas shipment. All customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be coveres by Next Level Gaming Store. For more in depth information, we would suggest contacting your local customs office.

If an item from your order is yet to arrive, please be patient as it is more than likely being shipped from one of our global warehouses in. Also you can track your order from your Orders Page or in the Shipment Tracking page. Feel free to contact us at contact@nextlevelgamingstore.com for an update on the status of your order.

We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please open a ticket from your Orders Page or just contact us at support@nextlevelgamingstore.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We will be in touch within 3 bussiness days to resolve your issue.
