App privacy

This privacy policies also apply to our mobile app Next Level Gaming Store available for Android smartphones in Google Play Store and iOS smartphones in the App Store. We ask you to use some permissions of your smartphone once you install the app (only while you are using the app) for basic functionalities and to bring you a better and personalised in-app experience. The use we give to these permissions are detailed with a more extended explanation below.

We ask you to use your smartphone location permissions to determine your language and currency, and offer you personalised in-app content according to this. Also the app will let you select your preferred language and currency at every time.

Also for in-app purchases you (as a customer) will be required to log in or sign up with an account through the app to complete your purchases, and your data as Full Name, Address, Phone number will be stored in our servers with the purpose to process your order and keep your account active.

At the time you install the app for the first time you will be asked for your smartphone notifications permission what is optional, so you can approve or deny it. We use this permission to send you notifications that will bring you an enhanced in-app experience, inform you about store offers and discounts and many more.

Finally you will be asked for your smartphone camera permission which we will use to let you scan product codes and QR codes in the shop section as an optional extra feature.

How to delete my account and/or data?

In case you want to close your account in Next Level Gaming Store and/or get all your data deleted from the website and servers you just need to contact us via e-mail  by clicking this link support@nextlevelgamingstore.com and request your account/data removal.
